Quality Control

Quality is important to us here at AeroMet Welding and Machine Services, Inc. whether a single part or multiple part order.  We have in house guidelines pertaining to part inspection based on the complexities of each individual part. For single parts and custom fabrication projects, specifications are checked as the project is completed to ensure a high quality finished product.  For mass quantity orders, samples are pulled from each lot and part specifications are checked at regular intervals. We strive to maintain the highest of quality for our customers.

We accommodate specific customer needs for finishing services such as parts washing, grinding, and de-burring, and we have outside services available for powder-coating, plating, anodizing, and heat treatment.
